A Word About Pricing
You won't find us marking our prices up to offer ridiculous discounts like some of our competitors. We have all seen the Save $3,000 on your kitchen remodel or act today and save 50%! We don't play those games. We would rather offer you a fair price from the start. You won't have to worry that the price you get today will be $3,000 less next week or next month because you missed a coupon, special or promotion. We set our prices to be fair for everyone. This way, whether it's you requesting a price for yourself, or your mother or grandmother requesting a price for their kitchen project, you can rest assured that they will get the same fair price that everyone does.
Question: Why are your prices only good for 2 months?
Answer: In todays crazy market prices change daily on materials and supplies to finish your project. Typically it's nothing earth shattering, just a few dollars or so from month to month. Where we see the largest price change is if we gave you a quote a year or more ago.
Question: Does this mean your prices are non-negotiable?
Answer: Yes it does! No matter what your level of negotiation skills are, the price is the price. Whether you are a corporate buyer for a billion dollar company, an FBI hostage negotiator, or the grandmother down the street, everyone gets the same fair price. You can rest assured that anyone you send to us will be treated to the same fair pricing structure.

DETAILS THAT DETERMINE THE PRICE:
1. Are your cabinets currently oak? It's beautiful when finished!! You'll see the texture to some degree but it shows you've got real wood.
2. If the cabinets are a darker color they may need a 3rd coat of paint. If they are oak and dark they may need 4 coats. Pictures will help us determine that.
3. Do you want the underneath the upper cabinets done? Sometimes this area can be seen and it’ll look unfinished if not refinished to match.
4. Is there dentil molding, or other time consuming detail work, on the cabinet housing?
5. Are there small built in shelves on outside of cabinets or something similar? We usually see this on the top cabinets that are on either side of the kitchen sink. How about can racks on inside of pantry doors or spice racks?
6. Do you have cabinet doors that have glass? If yes we do the inside of those cabinets.
7. Are you going to switch out the hardware and need current holes filled and/or need new holes drilled?
8. Do you want the toe kick area done?
9. If they are exceptionally dirty or greasy and we need to spend additional time on that it will cost a bit more. We need a clean finish to give you the best job possible.
